Passport / Travelling Document Issuance / Renewal
A passport lifecycle is 10 years for an adult and 5 years for a minor (under 18 years of age). After that period, a new passport is required.
For the issuing of a new passport for an adult, the following are required:
2. Your old passport.
3. Two updated passport photos (5x5cm - colour, displaying full head and shoulders and cannot be a video photo). Please indicate your name and Israeli ID number on the back of each photo.
4. NZ$90.00 fee for a passport for an adult. The fee can be deposited via direct or online banking.
5. A self-addressed 'Track and Trace' envelope for the return of your documents.
You will need to mail us by 'Track and Trace' mail only: The completed two forms, your old passport, the two photos, proof of deposit and a prepaid, self-addressed 'Track and Trace' envelope for the return of your documents.

Minor Passport / Travelling Document Issuance / Extension
Important notice: In the event that you apply for a issuance or extension of a passport for a minor, one of the parents together with the child must arrive in person with all of the below mentioned documents and the fee in cash to the Embassy in Wellington, where a passport will be issued at the Consular Section.
In the case where the parents are not married (de-facto)/are separated/are divorced/no longer live together, you need to contact the Embassy and ask for Dalia.

Extension of Passport / Travelling Document
To extend a Passport / Travel Document, please send the following in a 'Track and Trace' envelope:
1. The passport / travel document for extension.
3. A registered/ self-addressed 'Track and Trace' envelope for the return of your documents.
Lost / Stolen / Destroyed Passport / Travelling Document Procedure
In a case of a lost/stolen/destroyed passport or travelling document, you need to contact the Consular Section at the Embassy to receive further instruction.
