(Exception: no appointment necessary for citizens requiring a life
certificate.)
Reception Hours for Consular Services
The Consular Section is open to the public by appointment ONLY from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Cash payments are no longer accepted- only debit/credit cards (not Amex) or certified cheque.
Every document requiring a signature that is mailed to the Consulate must be signed in front of a notary public officer.
