Shalom Dear Friends,I wish to extend to all of our Christian friends in the region my very best wishes on this Christmas holiday and to all a happy and fruitful new year.
The Year 2013 will mark the 50th anniversary of Israel – Kenya relations which were established immediately following Kenya's independence in 1963.
Israel and Kenya have enjoyed warm relations over these years and it is my hope that next year the Embassy of Israel in Nairobi will be able to continue to strengthen and deepen these relations for the benefit of both countries.
On behalf of the State of Israel I thank everyone for your continued friendship and support and I wish you and your families a happy Christmas and a special, prosperous and peaceful 2013!
