Larry Weinberg was appointed executive Vice President of ISRAEL21c, a non-profit, non-political pro-Israel education and advocacy organization, in April 2002.

Prior to joining ISRAEL21c Larry was a principal of Navicom Group, a public relations agency with offices in Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York. A veteran of New York government and politics, Larry served on the staffs of three New York City mayors and was the economic development director of Brooklyn, New York for five years. As a public relations executive, he has played key roles in a number of major public events and celebrations including the United States Statue of Liberty Centennial, Hands Across America, the Ellis Island Medals of Honor and the 500th Anniversary of Columbus' Voyage of Discovery.
