You should publish modules to the "inactive" position and set the Menus to "All", for them to show up on pages where there is no active menu ID. This is a bug/feature of that causes only menu items in the "All" setting to show up.

Brigadier General Menashe Arviv, Israel Police and Public Security Attaché & Liaison Officer to the United States and Canada

Brigadier General Menashe Arviv was appointed to the position of Israel Police and Public Security Attaché & Liaison Officer to the United States and Canada. In this capacity, BG Arviv will be working to strengthen the international cooperation with the United States and Canada.

BG Arviv’s most recent positions were Deputy Commander of the Tel Aviv District Police, Head of the Coordination and Enforcement Authority, as well as Head of the Sharon Sub-district.

BG Arviv joined the Israel Defense Forces in 1977 and served in the Elite Paratrooper Unit and subsequently joined the elite Counter Terrorism Unit of the Israel Police in 1980. In 1983 he completed an Officers Training Course with honors. From 1983 to 1990 he served in a variety of command positions within the Counter Terrorism Unit including recruitment and training. He also participated in a number of counter-terror field operations including taking on a terrorist cell that had captured a busload of hostages.

Between 1990 and 1992 BG Arviv served as Head of the Internal Security Unit of the Israel Police, where he trained police forces in takeover and rescue missions of hostages. He established two new groups for the Border Police Undercover Unit in Gaza and in the West Bank. From 1992 to 1993 he was Unit Commander of the Border Guard in the Tel Aviv District, a unit in charge of common criminal offenses, and from 1993 to 1995 he served as Unit Commander of the Border Guard in the Sharon region combating agricultural crimes, such as thefts of animals, citrus fruit, and other agricultural products. He was also responsible for training members of Kibbutz and Moshav settlements to properly respond to emergencies related to terrorism and war.

Between 1995 and 1999, BG Arviv commanded the Taybeh Police station, where he handled crimes committed by Israeli Arab Muslims, such as trade in weapons and drugs. From 1999 to 2000 he was Operations Officer in the Sharon Sub-district in charge of training the border area police force in operational preparation and emergency preparedness. In 2000 BG Arviv was appointed Head of the Iftach Sub-district that consists of a diverse population, including approximately 50,000 refugees, Arabs, and serious criminal offenders. In 2002 he became Head of the Central Unit in the Central District of the Israel Police, a unit which deals with organized crime, human trafficking, drug trafficking, all types of gambling (internet and casino), trafficking in weapons, and complex murders.

From 2004 to 2007 BG Arviv served as Head of the Sharon Sub-District, Israel's largest region, consisting of five stations and a police force of about 1300. Between 2007 and 2009 he was Head of the Coordination and Enforcement Authority, which deals with illegal construction and the take-over of state land in the mainly Bedouin and Druze populated Arab sector. From 2009 to 2011 BG Arviv served as Deputy Commander of the Tel Aviv District Police.

BG Arviv has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Haifa.
