Last night, Adi Neuhaus successfully performed for the first time in Hong Kong, at the fifth concert in the series in Hong Kong featuring the winners of the Voice of Music “Young Artist Competition” from Israel, presented by the Consulate General of Israel in collaboration with the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) and sponsored by Michel and Martine Jospé.

We are glad to be part of the Annual Daniel Pearl World Music Days (http://www.danielpearlmusicdays.org), an entire month of worldwide "Harmony for Humanity" concerts in October, to promote cross-cultural understanding through music.
Adi performed a piece of work - “Three Colors” for piano solo - by Wilson Wong Wing-sang, a student of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts’ Composition Department.
Born in Tel- Aviv, Israel, Adi is a student at the Conservatory of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, piano class of Mrs. Lea Agmon. Descendent of the legendary pianists and teachers Heinrich and Stanislav Neuhaus, Adi began his early musical education with his mother Irina and his father Heinrich.
At the age of 17, Adi is among the emerging artists in Israel’s classical music scene. He has won various national and international awards, including the first prize of at the Voice of Music “Young Artist Competition” in Jerusalem (2012). He has also performed extensively in major venues in Israel and abroad, as soloist and in chamber music.
In addition to his exposure in Europe and the USA, he will appear for the first time in Asia and in Hong Kong at a concert, performing works by Mozart, Liszt, Chopin and Scriabin. He will also record for the Radio 4 of the Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) and visit the Jewish schools in Hong Kong.

About the Voice of Music “Young Artists Competition”
The Voice of Music “Young Artists Competition” is the largest and most established music competition in Israel. The project is an annual competition for young outstanding talents culminating with a concert with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and distribution of prizes and scholarships. It is a joint venture of the Israel Broadcasting Authority Radio, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and the Jerusalem Ein Kerem Music Center - Targ Center. The Solange Jospé Foundation (Hong Kong) is one of the supporters of the competition.
