    Visa for Business:

    3/ 2 pictures size 4x6 (white background)
    4/ Invitation letter
    5/ Guarantee decision for going business
    6/ The latest of 6 moths payroll
    7/ Bank account from Company
    8/ Company business license
    9/ Travel insurance
    10/ Booking ticket (ticket will need to be issued before granting visa when request).
    11/ Hotel booking
    * Note:  - Interview will be requested if need
                   - All the document should be original or certifying copies.
     
    Visa for Traveling:
    1/ Passport (6 months valid)
    2/ Application form for Visa
    3/ 2 pictures size 4x6
    4/ Invitation letter
    5/ Itinerary
    6/ Guarantee letter from Travel Company
    7/ Company Travel License
    8/ The latest of 6 months payroll (or Retired Decision if have)
    9/ Letter acceptance for vacation from Company
    10/ Personal Bank account (at least 5.000 USD with 6 months valid in the bank)
    11/ Travel insurance
    12/ Ticket issued
    13/ Hotel booking
    14/ Property prove (if have)
    15/ Religious book (if have)
    16/ ID Card
    17/ Book for registered name in family
