Jacob Dayan - First Secretary in the Politica Affairs

In August 2001, Jacob Dayan assumed the post of First Secretary in the Political Department at the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C Previously, Mr. Dayan was posted as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Israel in Athens-Greece.

While in Israel, he served at the Palestinian Affairs Desk in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. Mr. Dayan also worked as News Editor at the Israeli Newspaper "Yediot Ahronot".

Mr. Dayan holds a Bachelor's Degree in General History from Tel Aviv University.
