ARNONA SHIR-ON
Currently the Director of Cultural Affairs (Cultural Attache), at the Embassy of Israel. Before arriving in Washington Mrs. Arnona Shir-On served, as Purchasing Manager (for the Israeli Ministry of Defence - Purchase Mission) at the Embassy of Israel in Germany. Mrs. Shir-On received her Bachelor`s degree in Geography and International Relations, and her Master`s degree in American Studies, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Before arriving to Washington, Mrs. Shir-On was a Consultant for students in the Admission Office at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Prior to her Advisory work, Mrs. Shir-On was the Head of the Educational Department of "The Council for Beautiful Israel"- the Jerusalem Chapter.
