The Media Affairs department of the Israeli Consulate communicates the Consulates activities and messages to the general public, and maintains relationships with communities, media outlets and organizations in the region. The department answers your questions on Israel and the Jewish world, serves as a resource for written and video materials, manages the speakers’ bureau and promotes Israel-related activities and events to the Southeast region.

Karen Isenberg Jones is the Director of Media Affairs for the Consulate General of Israel to the Southeast. She joined the consulate in the summer 2010 after spending several years working at CNN International and CNN in several positions including Assignment Editor, Production Coordinator and Writer.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University.
