The Deputy Consul General

    Deputy Consul General Ron Brummer was appointed to serve at The Consulate General of Israel to the Southeast in August 2013. Brummer joined the Consulate after serving as the Second Secretary at the Embassy of Israel in Santiago, where he oversaw the mission's commercial work and cultural cooperation between Israel and Chile, as well as organized political and economic delegations between the two countries. Previously, Deputy Consul General Brummer served as a Foreign Ministry delegate for Central America and Mexico.​​​​

    ​Deputy Consul General Brummer received his Master of Diplomacy and International Relations at the University of Tel Aviv and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Bar-Ilan. He is fluent in Hebrew, English, Spanish and Swedish.

    Brummer is married with two young children.
