Embassy Briefing The ugly face of Palestinian terrorism President Bush in his statement delivered on April 6 noted that "when an 18-year-old Palestinian girl is induced to blow herself up, and in the process kills a 17-year-old Israeli girl, the future itself is dying, the future of the Palestinian people and the future of the Israeli people." Despite the horror, which is clear to Americans, Palestinian leadership, headed by Chairman Arafat and buttressed by the Muslim clergy, has shown infinite “creativity” in promoting gruesome acts of terror, carried out by women and children against innocent Israelis. Exploiting women and minors to carry out homicide bombing is not unprecedented within the world of terror and havoc.
