Yesterday, Sunday, October 20, 2002, millions of Christians across America gathered in 16,000 churches to pray for Israel.

This Day of Prayer was organized by Stand for Israel, a project directed by Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and Ralph Reed.

Enclosed is a message by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to the millions of Christians that participated in the Day of Prayer. This message was read in the 16,000 churches yesterday.
