Shimon Peres, the Foreign Minister of Israel, published an op-ed
in the New York Times on Sunday, June 16, 2002. Mr. Peres has recently
introduced renewed efforts to restart negotiations with Palestinian
representatives to address the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and
in the op-ed he suggests that the conflict scenario in the Middle
East will no longer involve only two partners, but three: the Israelis,
the Palestinians and the quartet of international partners. CLICK
