Welcome to the Office of Academic Affairs,
The
mission of the Office of Academic Affairs is to foster
cooperation with university faculty and students by
making available Israel-related information, programs
and activities to college campuses in the region,
as well as to work with the general public and Public
Affairs Department on programs, inquiries and new
initiatives. The department is responsible for monitoring
campus trends. The department works together with
a variety of community groups and campus communities,
including faculty, departmental, student, and administrative
associations.
The general purpose is to raise Israel’s profile on
university campuses and in the general public through
educational programming and long-term strategic planning.
In addition to providing speakers, performers and
publications to universities, the department is also
committed to cultivating new relationships with faculty
members, students and administrators, as well as providing
support to grassroots pro-Israel faculty networks.
