Undergraduate Scholarships
Each scholarship is worth US $10,000. Candidates must have completed at least three semesters of university study, have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.8 or the equivalent, and be admitted to the Rothberg International School's One Year/Semester Program. Preference will be given to students admitted for a full year of study. Students with exceptional academic qualifications, who have been admitted for a single semester, will also be considered for an award of US$5,000 from remaining scholarship funds.

The Anna Sobol Levy Fellowship
The Anna Sobol Levy Fellowship program, created by Captain Jerome E. Levy, USNR (Ret.), to honor his mother, is for U.S. citizens who are graduate students or recent college graduates with leadership potential for the United States in the 21st century. The purpose of the Fellowship is to enhance and strengthen the unique relationship between the United States and Israel by establishing genuine understanding and communication between future leaders of the two countries. The fellowship is for one year of studies in the Division of Graduate Studies.

Fellows are required to take the Summer Ulpan, participate in briefings and visits to Israeli military bases and maintain contact, via an established liaison, with the Israeli Defense Forces. Fellows may select from a wide variety of courses and are entitled to one private tutorial with a Hebrew University faculty member.

Candidates should have studied in the fields of military studies, economic geography, international relations, political science and/or history. In addition, they must have career goals in the armed services, diplomatic corps, government or public service. Recent college graduates (including those who will receive their undergraduate degree by May of the current year) and students currently enrolled in graduate programs are encouraged to apply.

All fellowship applicants are encouraged to file the need-based financial aid application in order to determine whether they qualify for additional funding.
