The services of the Consular Section of the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations in Geneva are exclusively reserved for staff members of the United Nations, international organizations and diplomatic missions travelling to Israel. The Consular Section of the Permanent Mission of Israel is open by appointment only and answers telephone calls on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 2pm at
+41 22 716 05 28 and at +41 22 716 05 15.
For the establishment of a visa, UN and other international organizations’ staff members and employees of diplomatic missions are requested to complete the EntryVisa.pdf duly filled and signed in duplicate.
The following documents are necessary for the establishment of a visa:
- A travel document issued by the United Nations or a national passport
- Two current and identical passport photos
- Certificate/letter of official duty from the organization with details of all the staffer’s national affiliations and reasons for the mission
- A 5CHF self-stamped envelope (registered) with the personal address
