    The Embassy of Israel in Manila advises everyone to refrain from transacting with people who claim that they can obtain Israeli visas for a fee. The Embassy does not work with fixers.

    Payment for visas or for Embassy authentication should only be through the Embassy’s current account under Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (Account name: Embassy of Israel, Account number: 0234002694).

    Starting 02 January 2014, Authentication fee per document will be PHP 570.00 (Five Hundred Seventy Pesos). Tourist visa fee will be PHP 1,070.00 (One Thousand Seventy Pesos).

  • Cash Payments

    • Notarial functions, declarations and matters for authentication shall pay an amount of PHP 570.00 per document.

    • Tourist Visa applicants (Applicable only to Foreign nationals / non-Philippine passport holders) shall pay an amount of P 1,070.00 per application
      Details of Payment:
      Go to any RCBC branch, get a deposit slip and put in the following details:       
      Account Number: 0- 234-00269-4
      Name: Embassy of Israel- The Firm Branch
      Original copy of the deposit slip shall be presented together with the documents upon submission to the Consular Section.
      The Embassy shall no longer entertain request for schedule thru telephone call.
    • Any form of appointment with the Consular section should be coursed thru the online services using the Consular Schedule Request Form. Fill out the form and email it to . Wait for confirmation email prior to visiting the Embassy.
      The schedule form should be completely filled out together with payment details. The Assistant to the Consul will email you back within two (2) days after you email the completed form to confirm your schedule with the Embassy.
      NOTE: No need to call the Consular Section to confirm if the email has been received. If no reply from the Assistant to the Consul has been received, we advise you to email again the completed form.
    • Lahat ng bayad para sa serbisyo ay kailangan na idaan sa RCBC. 
    • Ang pagnotaryo, pagbigay ng deklarasyon at iba pang dokumento na kailangang i-authenticate ng Embahada ay kailangang magbayad ng P 570.00 sa bawat dokumentong ipapasa.
    • Lahat ng turistang nagnanais pumunta sa Israel na hindi nagmamay ari ng pasaporte ng Pilipinas ay kailangang magbayad ng P 1,070.00 para sa kanilang aplikasyon papuntang Israel.

    • Pumunta sa alinmang RCBC branch, kumuha ng deposit slip at ilagay ang mga sumusunod na detalye.

      Ang orihinal na kopya ng katibayan ng deposito ay kailangang ipakita sa Consular Section kasama ng lahat ng dokumento.
    • Ang Embahada ay hindi na tatanggap ng kahilingang ma-schedule sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag.
    • Lahat ng kahilingan para maschedule ay kailangang dumaan sa online na serbisyo sa pamamagitan ng pagsagot ng  Consular Schedule Request Form  at ipadala sa . Hintayin ang sagot sa email bago pumunta sa Embahada.
      Ang schedule form ay kailangang kumpleto ang detalye nakalagay kasama nag detalye ng binayaran sa banko. Ang Assistant ng Consul ay sasagutin kayo sa loob ng dalawang (2) araw pagkatapos nyong ipadala ang email sa kanya. Hindi na kailangang tumawag sa Embahada para tiyakin na natanggap ang email. Kung ang Assistant ng Consul ay hindi kayo sinagot sa loob ng dalawang (2) araw, ipadala lang ulit ang request at hintayin ang sagot.
  • Authentication via Courier

    • Starting 21 May 2012, those that are residing outside Metro Manila can now process their authentication/certification requirements through a courier service. ( NO OFFICIAL COURIER )
      Observe the following rules:
      1.    The document for authentication/certification must be duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs;
      2.    A photocopy of the set of documents must be attached to the original set;
      3.    The document owner must provide a copy of his/her passport  with every set of documents;
      4.    The payment of P530.00 for every set of document must be paid thru bank payment and a copy of the deposit slip be included in the documents to be sent to the Embassy. The bank details are as follows:

      5.     A pre-paid, self-addressed pouch/envelope from the same courier must be included which will be used to send the document back to the sender.

      6.    Fill-out the Authentication by Courier form and email to:

      If there is missing in any of the above-mentioned requirements, the documents will not be processed, and will be disposed of after a period of time.
      Approved documents will be sent back using the pre-paid pouch included in the package. Those documents that were rejected will also be sent back with a note stating the reason for such rejection.
       Do not put anything that might look like a dangerous material inside the pouch..
      Please visit the Embassy website from time to time to verify the amount of authentication fee.
      Simula  21 May 2012, ang mga nakatira sa labas ng Metro Manila ay maari ng mag pa authenticate sa pamamagitan ng  mga  courier.
      Sundin ang mga sumusunod na alituntunin:
      1.    Nararapat na ang mga dokumento ay authenticated na ng  Department of Foreign Affairs;
      2.    Dapat me photocopy ang bawat set ng mga dokumento;
      3.    Kailangang maglagay ng kopya ng kanyang passport ang may ari ng dokumento sa bawat set na ipapadala;
      4.    Ang bayad sa bawat dokumento ay  P530.00 . Kailangan bayaran ito sa banko at ang kopya ng deposit slip ay ipadala kasama ng mga dokumento. Naririto ang detalye ng bank account ng Embassy:

      5.     Maglagay ng isa pang envelope o pouch na bayad na at naka address sa magpapadala  na siyang  gagamitin sa pagpapadala pabalik sainyo ng mga dokumento.
      6.    Mag fill-up ng  Authentication by Courier   na  form at ipadala sa email na
      Hindi magagawa ang inyong dokumento kung me kulang sa mga bagay na hinihingi at ang mga nasabing dokumento ay sisirain pagdaan ng takdang panahon.
      Ang mga naaprubahang dokumento ay ipapadala pabalik sa pamamagitan ng kaakibat na pre-paid pouch at ang mga dokumntong di pumasa ay isasauli din na me kasamang liham na nagsaaad kung bakit ito ay di pumasa at ano ang nararapat na gawin. Ang mga dokumentong peke ay kukumpiskahin. 
    • Huwag maglalagay ng anumang bagay na delikado sa pouch.
      Bisitahin ang  Embassy website paminsan minsan para matukoy kung walang pagbabago sa authentication fee.
    • Payment for Services

    • Starting 16 April 2012, the Embassy of Israel shall implement a new policy regarding consular services.
      Payment for services such as notarial functions, declarations and matters for authentication shall be coursed thru bank payment and shall not be paid directly to the Consular Section.
      Payment for each document is P530.00. Go to any RCBC branch, get a deposit slip and put in the following details:

      Name: Embassy of Israel- The Firm Branch
      All payments are non – reimburseable in case the documents are either returned or rejected.
      If you are the person submitting the documents to the Embassy, put your name in the space provided for “Depositor” in the deposit form.
      Bring the original deposit slip when you got to the Embassy. Make sure that you get a schedule as well prior to visiting the Embassy. A form is available in the website for setting a schedule. Please fill out the data required.
      We are going to accept all documents but those that did not comply with the authentication standards shall be returned after checking (a few days after) and those spurious / fake documents shall be confiscated as provided for by law without prejudice to the consular, administrative, and/or criminal sanction/s to be imposed on the owner of the document and those that submitted it.
      Getting a schedule to visit the Embassy for whatever purpose shall be done online and no longer through telephone scheduling. Fill out Consular Schedule Request Form prior to visiting the Embassy.
      Simula 16 Abril 2012, ang Embassy of Israel ay magpapatupad ng bagong patakaran/tuntunin tungkol sa mga serbisyong consular:
      Ang pagbabayad ay gagawin sa pamamagitan ng pagdeposito sa banko at hindi na deretso sa Embassy tulad ng dati.
      P530.00 ang bayad bawat isang dokumento. Pumunta muna sa anumang RCBC branch, kumuha ng deposit slip at ilagay ang mga sumusunod na detalye:

      Ilagay ang iyong pangalan sa “Depositor” kung ikaw ang magdadala ng dokumento sa Embassy.
    • Dalhin ang original deposit slip sa iyong pagpunta sa Embassy. Siguraduhin na nakakuha ka ng skedyul bago pumunta. Merong form na kailangang I fill out sa website.
      Tatangapin ang lahat ng mga dokumento pero isasauli ang mga hindi angkop sa tamang standards pagkatapos na check pagkalipas ng ilang araw. Kukumpiskahin naman ang mga pekeng dokumento maliban sa pagpapataw ng kaukulang parusa/reklamong consular, administratibo at kriminal, kung kinakailangan, sa may ari ng dokumento at sa mga nagdala nito alinsunod sa batas.
      Ang pagkuha ng skedyul para sa pagpunta sa Embassy sa anumang kadahilanan ay gagawin na online, hindi sa pamamagitan ng telepono. I-fill out ang online form na "Consular Schedule Request"
